When the facility responsible for preparing food for 22 locations within the Rowland Unified School District began experiencing problems with their steam boiler, they contacted HTS.  The issue was discovered a week before school started during Summer break, creating a problem because they needed to be operational to support the entire district.  We discovered there was years of scale build up in an inaccessible section of the boiler.  The blockage caused overheating of the tubes, which required an emergency partial retube.  We ordered and installed the tubes over the weekend, getting everything repaired and operating on Sunday in time to get cooking on Monday morning!
