PROBLEM:  A hospital in Hollywood has a couple of old Babcock and Wilcox water tube boilers with a deteriorating and collapsing front wall in need of repair.

SOLUTION:  After checking for asbestos, we demoed and disposed of the original brick insulators, installed a new burner throat, welded new stainless anchors, installed a layer of ceramic fiber insulation and two layers of refractory, and contoured the wall.  The boiler is now properly insulated and ready for another couple of decades of service.
